Bilingual Summary: How a Rhyme Saved the World
English: The play is set in the 25th century where a historian tells the story of how Mars tried to invade Earth in 2040. Think-Tank, the arrogant ruler of Mars, sends a crew to Earth. They land in a library and mistake books for sandwiches. Think-Tank interprets the nursery rhymes in the book 'Mother Goose' as actual threats. He believes that humans are planning to invade Mars with high-tech weapons. Terrified, he orders his crew to leave Earth and himself flees to Alpha Centauri. Thus, a book of nursery rhymes saves the Earth.

Key to Read and Find Out
Think About It
However, I think books have their own value. Thus, we cannot do away with books altogether.
As far as I am concerned, my favourite book is 'Ramayana'. It is the story of Ayodhya’s king Dashratha and his four sons. This book has been inspiring me since my childhood. It contains great morals as king’s duty, father’s duty, a son’s duty, a brother’s duty, a wife’s duty, a husband’s duty. In fact a true human being’s duty has been well described in this great book. It is not only a religious book but a great motivational and inspiring book also. The explanations of sacrifices and devotion are very touching in this book. The protagonist 'Rama' has a great character. He should be our role model.
Talk About It
I misinterpreted once a word 'helping'. I took its simple meaning that is to do something in the favour of a person.
I resolved this misunderstanding with the help of a dictionary. I found that its meaning is a part of food also.
Their language could be something else. They must be using a language which is completely different from any language of this planet earth.
Character Sketches (Expanded)
Think-Tank
Think-Tank is the Commander-in-Chief and ruler of Mars. He has a huge, egg-shaped head and considers himself the most intelligent being in the universe. However, he is actually foolish and arrogant. He misinterprets everything—from books as sandwiches to nursery rhymes as military threats. His cowardice is revealed when he flees to Alpha Centauri out of fear of Earthlings.
Noodle
Noodle is an apprentice to Think-Tank. He is much more intelligent and practical than his boss. He corrects Think-Tank’s mistakes very politely and indirectly, so as not to offend him. He suggests that books are communication devices and eventually becomes the leader of Mars after Think-Tank flees.
